Q. What are our shipping rates?
For orders of $AUD250.00 shipped within Australia we delivery free into store. Orders under $AUD250.00 will incur a freight charge.

The minimum for an international order is $AUD250.00 and all freight, duty and taxes will need to be paid by the customer. Bassoni International will endeavour to ship overseas in the most cost effective manner or the customer can specify their choice of carrier.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note:
The importation of merchandise into countries other than Australia may result in additional customs taxes, brokerage and/or duty fees upon delivery of your order. Bassoni international can't anticipate these fees, and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Bassoni international makes international shipments worldwide everyday and we are familiar with the logistics and procedures of handling international cargo. Before importing merchandise into your country, we recommend that you first speak to a customs broker in your area. Bassoni international is willing to work with you on invoicing as well as other ways to expedite your shipment in the most cost-effective and advantageous manner.

Q. What do I do if my shipment never arrived?
Please allow up to ten days for delivery. If it still has not arrived, please contact us with your details and we will follow it up and advise you of the order status.
